I am an executive, personal and business coach
with over twenty years’ experience in mental
health and personal and professional development.
I have a first-class honours degree in Social Care from D.I.T. coming first in my year and I have a Masters in Social Work from Trinity College. I have a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching from the Irish Life Coach Institute and a Life and Workplace Coaching Special Purpose Award QQI level 6 Distinction.
I am a registered member of the Teaching Council of Ireland and the International Coaching Federation. I am a tutor and skills assessor at the Irish Life Coach Institute and I’m on the Leadership panel for Executive coaching in a number of organisations.
I have taught developmental psychology at third level and have devised and delivered many personal and professional development programmes for business in areas including: Training managers/employees in coaching skills, Creating an Ownership Culture, Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Change Management, Stress Management and Building Resilience.
I also work with non -profit organisations devising and delivering coaching and training programmes for underrepresented populations of people in the areas of gender-based violence, those formerly incarcerated, mental health and addiction.
