Every day I see life-changing and transformative results in people I coach around the world. Coaching involves you, the client, deciding what you want, making decisions and taking action.
I coach individuals, couples and teams. I also deliver training in Professional Coaching Skills, Mental Health, Resilience, Stress Management and Addiction. I work in both the Corporate and Non-profit sector and have worked with many organisations over the last twenty years.
Coaching helps you to work out what is important, what actually matters. Much of my coaching work involves exploring our own behaviours that might be working against us. This requires looking at the self-imposed limitations you put on yourself, in sessions we’ll find out why and what makes you do this and most importantly with action you’ll learn how to put new life enhancing strategies in their place. Together in sessions I’ll help you become your greatest ally reducing the need for external validation while becoming quietly and increasingly more confident in yourself.
